TEAM Syria seems to launch a psychological war for the national team when admitted will face hard game action by the Group C qualifying Asia Zone 2012 Olympics at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil tonight.
Coach Syria, Imad Khankan told, his ability to always be aware of the Young Tigers are still fresh in the successful defense of the SEA Games gold medal yesterday.
However, at the same time he said, he already had the idea of facing the Malaysian side, thus valuable three points after beating Bahrain 3-1 in the opening action of the previous group.
"Malaysia is a strong team, especially the speed of the players during the attack. They are stronger as a team than a player depends on the individual skills alone.
"However, I am confident my players can continue the momentum of victory against Bahrain, thus promising a tough meeting tomorrow (tonight)," he told reporters yesterday.
